Colorfest and the website located at www.colorfest.pt belong to Pedro Cabrita, with the taxpayer identification number 224925326. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights and obligations of use. Make sure you understand them before using Colorfest.
General Terms and Conditions
- Before placing any order, you should make sure that the service is available on the date you have chosen.
- The default payment method is bank transfer or MBWAY transfer. The remainder payment can be made by these methods or in cash on the day of the event. Other payment methods must be agreed prior to booking the service.
- If you would like an invoice with a tax number, this must be indicated at the time of payment, together with your VAT number.
- No refunds will be made unless Colorfest cancels the service for reasons of force majeure. In this case, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
- Entertainers and extra hours have an additional cost.
- All decorative elements and props, as well as crockery, must be returned clean and in perfect condition, under penalty of an extra charge.
- If the size of the venue and/or the weather conditions prevent the equipment from being assembled (whether it’s inflatables or other equipment), Colorfest will not be held responsible for the situation, and in this case will not exchange equipment or refund any money.
- Photographs at events will only be taken with the permission of those involved, and may be published on this website and on Colorfest’s social networks, in accordance with the GDPR.
Booking Services – General Conditions and Payment
Required data
Name, Telephone, Email, Event Location, Date, Time, Theme, Entertainment (choose packages), Decoration, Catering (choose packages), Inflatables or other equipment. If yes, identify which ones.
Payment
To book your party you only have to pay 30% in advance for IBAN PT50 0023 0000 45749060310 94 or MBWAY transfer to +351 966 958 621, with the remainder being paid on the date of the event.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18(1) of Law 144/2015 of September 8, we hereby inform you that, although we are not bound to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity by membership or legal imposition, in order to settle any dispute arising from our provision of services you may use the European Platform Online Dispute Resolution, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
