We entertain parties throughout the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, Setúbal and the Tagus Valley. If you’re a little further away, and in the case of corporate events and on a budget, we can find a way to celebrate with you. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

We are available by various means, you can send us a message by Whatsapp or Instagram or fill in the booking form. If you send a message, we need you to send as many details as you can about the event and the participants, as well as the type of services you require. Please note that the service will only be awarded once 30% of the budgeted amount has been sent.

We accept as payment methods: cash (on the day of the event), MBWAY transfers and bank transfers. Please note that the service is only awarded after 30% of the budgeted amount has been sent.

Two months’ notice is usually enough to book our services. If you know the date of the event further in advance, and for larger events that have a smaller time frame, we ask that you book further in advance so that you can guarantee our availability on your date.

Of course! Every event is different, and we strive to customize the atmosphere, the entertainment and even the entertainers according to what you want. Whether it’s a princess party, a rock festival or a fairytale wedding, we’ll make your dream come true.

If Colorfest cancels your event for reasons of force majeure, the price will be refunded within 48 hours. On the other hand, the booking fee is non-refundable if the client cancels. In certain cases and with a plausible justification, we will consider saving this amount for a future event.

Depending on the package chosen, we provide all the necessary equipment for the party. All the client has to do is choose the venue and secure the space. To provide our entertainment services, all we need is space for the equipment and shelter from the weather (shade in case of heat and shelter in case of rain).

Depending on the entertainment package you choose, the entertainers will provide between 2 and 3 hours of guaranteed entertainment. If you need a tailor-made service, just contact us and we’ll find the best solution!

Our services are suitable for everyone, children and adults alike. We adapt the activities and material according to the age of your guests, all you have to do is give us all the information about who will be attending your event and we’ll take care of everything.

Our services do not involve any danger to event participants. As such, we have no specific safety measures. If you rent inflatables, we place a mattress at the exit of the equipment to prevent your guests from getting hurt.

During the party or event, our entertainers are responsible for the entire course of the entertainment. If you have any questions or suggestions, ask the entertainer present. He will answer them or direct you to someone else who can help you in good time.

We are available for outdoor services, yes. However, these services are always dependent on the weather, so unforeseen events can occur in the event of rain, strong wind or extreme heat. To be on the safe side, we ask that you always secure a location that has shelter from the rain and shade to protect you from the heat.
